Color Line Arena Hamburg

The Color Line Arena in Hamburg was completed in November 2002. It is one of the most modern multi-functional arenas in Europe, with seating capacity for 16,000 visitors, 77 VIP boxes, 3 theme restaurants and bars with seating for up to 2,000 persons, and 16 fast-food outlets. Building costs amounted to 83 million Euro.

The project was the signature of the Finnish company, JHC Arena Holding Oy, one of the leading constructors of multi-functional arenas and a leading specialist in the development and renovation of existing stadiums. We were legal advisors to this project on issues relating to contractual, planning, and building law.
