Rheingau-Taunus-District

The Rheingau-Taunus district is a certified local social protection carrier for job seekers under German Social Code SGB II (referred to as "option municipality"). The software used for performing the resulting tasks was replaced by a more modern specialist software covering the benefits under German Social Codes II and XII, the German Asylum Seekers Benefits Act, institutional care and case management. Apart from the supply of the new specialist software, the subject of the awarded order comprised associated IT services, such as installation, data migration, training and software maintenance. The winning bidder in the procedure was one of the leading providers of specialist software for benefits.

We planned the performance of the open procedure for the Rheingau-Taunus district, drafted comprehensive award documents including the drafting of an EVB IT system contract and accompanied the procedure up to the contract award to the winning bidder. After contract conclusion, the EVB IT system contract was editorially completed and completed with the winning bidder's data from its offer. The contract was awarded without objections and without review procedure.
