Dr. Katja Plückelmann advises medium-sized and listed companies and their shareholders on all matters relating to corporate law. Her work ranges from corporate housekeeping and shareholder disputes to capital measures, company acquisitions, and private equity transactions. She also provides valuable assistance with complex legal issues outside the norm.

Another focus of her work is advising associations and federations. Here, the focus is on issues relating to the formation and drafting of articles of association as well as the structuring of umbrella and association federations. However, she also provides support in internal association disputes.
