NRW.Urban Real property projects

The state of North Rhine-Westphalia awarded contracts to NRW.URBAN GmbH & Co. KG and others to prepare for construction and to sell trade, industry and fallow areas.

NRW.URBAN acts thereby as a trustee on behalf of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia for the "Ruhr" and " North Rhine-Westphalia" real property funds. As part of this work, NRW.URBAN performs various real estate transactions with building obligations for the investors. Apart from restructuring measures, such as at the Duisburg port, in Neuss and on the premises of the Zollverein coal mine industrial complex in Essen, NRW.URBAN in the past two years - since beginning of the jurisdiction under public procurement law as to the awarding obligation of public real estate transactions - realized numerous other property projects.

We drafted a guideline for real estate sales of NRW.URBAN and are advising NRW.URBAN on its projects in all matters of public procurement law.
