WirtschaftsWoche: 2019 Top Law Firm in Public Procurement

In its September 20, 2019 issue, WirtschaftsWoche once again recognized Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek as a top law firm in “Public Procurement Law.” Düsseldorf-based Partner Dr. Ute Jasper and the two Salaried Partners Dr. Laurence Westen and Dr. Christopher Marx were selected as “Top Lawyers” in public procurement law.

Handelsblatt Research Institute (HRI) interviewed 506 lawyers in 72 law firms about their most renowned peers. The six-member jury drew up its list of experts on the basis of the data and included 49 law firms and 69 lawyers in the ranking.

Comprising 42 lawyers, the “Public Sector & Public Procurement” practice group one of the firm’s largest teams. It advises projects with a total value far in excess of EUR 35 billion. The public sector relies on the expertise of the team led by Dr. Ute Jasper for major projects and complex, politically and economically sensitive cases, as well as for numerous medium-sized projects that are unique or significant for clients.
