WiWo: Dr. Ute Jasper takes 1st place for public procurement law at the Legal All Stars 2023 - Dr. André-M. Szesny is "Excellent" in the area of compliance
Dr. Ute Jasper and Dr. André-M. Szesny, LL.M., have been named two of the best lawyers by WirtschaftsWoche. Dr. Ute Jasper took first place in the Legal All Stars 2023 in the area of procurement, while Dr. André-M. Szesny received the rating "Excellent" in the area of compliance.

Dr. André-M. Szesny, co-founder of the firm's commercial and criminal tax law practice group, has already been named among the Legal All Stars by WiWo several times. Dr. Ute Jasper, who has been a partner at HEUKING since 1994, heads the public sector and public procurement practice group.
For the ranking, the Handelsblatt Research Institute surveyed 26,000 commercial lawyers about their most renowned competitors in 31 areas of law. The results were used to compile a list that was evaluated by a jury of experts, resulting in a ranking with a total of 92 lawyers from 63 law firms.
The Legal All Stars ranking was published in the March 22, 2023 issue of WirtschaftsWoche.
