Heuking advises on the acquisition of DAI Die Architekten & Ingenieure Gesellschaft für Gebäude- und Brandschutzplanung mbH

A team led by Fabian Becker, Salaried Partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek’s Munich office, comprehensively advised the two former executives of DAI Die Architekten & Ingenieure Gesellschaft für Gebäude- und Brandschutzplanung mbH on their acquisition of all shares in the company from the previous sole shareholder as part of an employee buy-out.

To ensure the seamless transition of business activities, the previous sole shareholder will act as an advisor to the company in the future.

Based in Munich, DAI Die Architekten & Ingenieure Gesellschaft für Gebäude- und Brandschutzplanung mbH is an architectural office, specialist planner, and expert for preventive and organizational fire protection. Since its first project in 1994, the company has supervised over 1,000 architectural and fire protection projects and currently employs a staff of more than ten people.
