Funding by Sparkasse Hannover
With a Frankfurt-based team led by Partner Thomas K. W. Schrell, Heuking advised Sparkasse Hannover on funding QVM Privatkapital’s acquisition of GLOBOS Logistik- und Informationssysteme GmbH.

Based in Hanover/Lower Saxony, GLOBOS is a system vendor focusing on manufacturer-independent consulting, sales, and integration of innovative barcode systems. The company is a full-service provider of barcode systems in the German-speaking region. In addition to handheld scanners, its product portfolio includes peripheral devices such as mobile terminals and label printers. The company currently employs 91 people.
QVM Privatkapital GmbH is an investment firm funded by a selected group of entrepreneurial private investors and the initiators. It focuses particularly on succession situations, growth projects, and other changes in shareholder structures.
