Successful exit for D11Z. Ventures with HEUKING

A HEUKING team, led by Stuttgart-based Partner Dr. Hermann Ali Hinderer, comprehensively advised Heilbronn-based venture capitalist D11Z. Ventures on legal and tax matters related to the company’s structured exit process from seleon GmbH. Going forward, seleon will be part of the aesco solutions group of companies. Both seleon and aesco operate in the CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) sector, and the merger will enhance their range of services in the Life Sciences sector.
