Heuking advises impuls GmbH on sale of ImPuls AG

A team led by Dr. Andreas Urban and Dr. Michael Sörgel, LL.M., both Partners at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, legally advised impuls GmbH on the sale of ImPuls AG.

Founded in 1975, Krefeld-based ImPuls AG is a provider of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions for brand manufacturers and manufacturers of apparel, shoes, accessories, and textiles. ImPuls AG was acquired by Aptean, a global provider of mission-critical enterprise software solutions. Designed specifically for the fashion and apparel industry, ImPuls AG products help customers simplify inventory management and streamline mission-critical workflows. The solutions also improve access to real-time data needed by customers to better manage business-critical operations.
