Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises on acquisition of Escape Clothing GmbH by Luxemburg-based PE fund

A team led by Private Equity lawyer Dr. Andreas Lenz, Partner at the Cologne office, advised Lenbach Equity Opportunities I SCSp, a PE fund resident in Luxemburg, on the acquisition of Escape Clothing GmbH.

Escape Clothing GmbH designs, produces, and sells men's and women's fashion as well as casual fashion products in Germany and other European countries, in particular under the Timezone and Orwell brands.

The transaction took effect on January 1, 2018 and included the conclusion of rental, licensing, and pension transfer agreements, the carve-out of property rights and financial liabilities, as well as comprehensive advice on new financing agreements.
