Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises PKM Packaging GmbH on investment by financial investor Trigon Equity Partners

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek legally advised PKM Packaging GmbH and its shareholders in association with the investment by Trigon Equity Partners. In the transaction, Trigon took out a 50% interest in PKM Packaging GmbH. The financial investor's entry strengthened PKM Packaging GmbH's capital basis with a view to the company's scheduled organic and non-norganic growth path.
 
PKM Packaging GmbH develops, builds and sells packaging machines and packaging systems according to customer's individual requirements. The company is headquartered at Pirmasens.
 
Trigon Equity Partners is a private equity company, focusing on medium-size companies in German-speaking countries, primarily investing in the industrial, retail and service sectors.
 
Munich-based partner Boris Dürr was lead adviser of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek on the transaction.
