Postcon secures major DRV Bund orders assisted by Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek
With the support of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, postal service provider Postcon secured several major orders from the German pension insurance fund for the nationwide delivery of letters.
Postcon successfully defended against a competitor’s challenges in several review proceedings before the Federal Public Procurement Chamber, allowing the subsidiary of Dutch PostNL to secure long-term contracts valued in the three-digit million euro range.
