1Team Capital acquires Trautwein GmbH
Independent Swiss investment firm 1Team Capital is acquiring Trautwein GmbH from the current shareholders, Alexandra and Adrian Grenz. The sellers will retain an interest in the company and remain actively involved in its operations. 1Team Capital was comprehensively legally advised by a HEUKING team led by Stuttgart-based Partner Dr. Hermann Ali Hinderer.
The transaction is designed to support Trautwein’s continued development and pave the way for its next growth phase, with a particular focus on international expansion and the opening of additional sales markets.
