CONREN Land purchases commercial property in Hamburg

A team led by Dr. Peter Vocke and Christoph Nöhles, LL.M., partners at the Düsseldorf office of the law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, advised CONREN Land AG on the acquisition of a commercial property in Hamburg. The property "Kontor 218" was sold by ERSTE Immobilien Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH based in Vienna, Austria. The parties have agreed not to disclose any further details. 

CONREN Land is an owner-managed investment company headquartered in Frankfurt am Main. Since its foundation in 2007, CONREN Land has successfully implemented numerous investment programs for private and institutional investors. Dr. Peter Vocke and Christoph Nöhles regularly advise CONREN Land on transactions, most recently on the acquisition of the Stuttgart office building "Horizont I" in December 2021.
