WirtschaftsWoche: HEUKING is once again "Top Law Firm" for "Private Construction Law"

In its issue of 16 January 2024, WirtschaftsWoche has named the commercial law firm HEUKING "Top Law Firm 2024" in the field of "Private Construction Law". The magazine also highlights Stephan Freund as a "Top Lawyer 2024" in this area of law.

For the award, the Handelsblatt Research Institute surveyed more than 2,300 lawyers in 189 law firms. The selected lawyers were asked to name their most renowned colleagues. The resulting list was evaluated by a jury of experts. The result is a list of 20 leading law firms and 21 highly recommended lawyers for "private construction law".

The members of HEUKING's "Real Estate & Construction" practice group have many years of expertise in all areas of construction and real estate law as well as real estate-related public law. The practice group's main areas of advice include legal support for project developments and construction projects, including the necessary drafting and negotiation of all types of construction and planning contracts. The practice group also focuses on real estate law, in particular transaction advice, legal support for asset management and real estate financing, including tax issues.
