augenschein media GmbH, an innovative company in the entertainment industry, is currently in the final phase of production for several prestigious film projects. Current projects include "Mother Mary" featuring Anne Hathaway, Michaela Coel, and Hunter Schafer, as well as "Berlin Nobody" with Sadie Sink and Eric Bana. augenschein media GmbH will continue to operate individually, while the investment will allow the company to develop and produce films with strong commercial potential for the global market.
The contracts for the sale of the minority stake as well as further documentation governing the future relationship between the parties were signed on December 12, 2023.
