Qualifications/Current topics
Mark Rossbroich is a Salaried Partner at HEUKING. He advises financial investors, strategic investors and entrepreneurs on national and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions.
A particular focus of his practice is the legal support of buy-and-build and roll-up strategies: from the legal structuring of the acquisition platform through the negotiation and documentation of add-on transactions to the governance design of growing corporate groups. He develops scalable, process-oriented solutions for structured serial acquisition programmes together with his clients.
He also regularly advises on classic M&A and PE transactions (sell-side and buy-side), succession cases and special situations as well as joint venture constellations. In the venture capital space, he guides start-ups, scale-ups and their investors through all growth phases up to an exit.
Mark Rossbroich makes use of his dual admission as a German Rechtsanwalt and Solicitor (England & Wales) as well as his experience from numerous complex transactions to provide his clients with comprehensive, commercially driven and pragmatic advice.
He is recommended by Legal 500 (Germany/EMEA 2024) for corporate law.
