HEUKING advises alphahill on structuring a special AIF for the rewilding and reforestation of Scottish moorlands
A HEUKING team led by partner Julia Cramer provided comprehensive legal advice to alphahill Asset Management GmbH on the legal structuring of the closed-end domestic special AIF "alphahill Club Invest 4 – Nature Capital." The advisory work focused on the regulatory structuring of the investment fund and its classification as an Article 8 fund under the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).
The "alphahill Club Invest 4 – Nature Capital" invests in already completed peatland and forest restoration projects in Cairngorms National Park in Scotland. The fund is targeted at semi-professional and professional investors and has a target volume of approximately GBP 4.7 million. The planned term is approximately five to six years.
