He will commence as a Partner in the Berlin office as of July 1, 2010 and will be one of four notaries.

Kühne is specialized in the fields of Corporate Law, Reorganization and Real Estate Law and has been working as notary since 1990. He will be coming to Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek with Associate Eva Klostermann, LL.M. (UWC) and will be joined by a notary team which will then comprise five employees.

"We are glad to be able to consistently expand our focus areas in Berlin - International Corporate Law and Real Estate Law with Notary's office - with the competence of Karsten Kühne. In addition to Christoph Wagner, Dr. Kühne has already been the second new member who will strengthen our Berlin office in this field this year", continues Dr. Andreas Urban, Managing Partner. "Berlin has increasingly developed as hub for international transactions, in particular for our foreign clients."

Prior to his work at Heussen and PwC, Karsten Kühne had already been Partner at City Law Firm Pritchard Englefield in London, where he is admitted as Registered Foreign Lawyer.
