Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek Expands Dispute Resolution and Compliance Practice in Frankfurt with New Hire

As of June 1, 2009, Daniel Froesch will join the Frankfurt office of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek as Salaried Partner. Previously, the 35-year-old had been employed as Counsel by Lovells. Froesch is working in the field of Dispute Resolution and was a member of the team that won the Juve Award "Law Firm of the Year for Dispute Resolution“ in 2008.

Froesch represents his clients in trials and arbitra-tion proceedings in national and international dis-putes. At Lovells, he was instrumental in establish-ing the nationwide Compliance work group.

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek thus continues its ex-pansion of the Frankfurt office. Following employ-ment law expert's Bernd Weller's move to Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek as Salaried Partner by mid-May, Froesch is now the second new hire within a month. Weller and Froesch know each other well from the time that they both worked at Lovells where, in par-ticular, they had successfully collaborated on Com-pliance counseling cases.

"We are pleased to have attracted Mr. Froesch as another young and dynamic partner for the expan-sion of the Frankfurt office. The areas of Dispute Resolution, Arbitration and Compliance keep getting requested more and more by our clients. In Mr. Froesch we now also have a declared specialist for these issues at the Frankfurt location," says Dr. Thomas Nickel, Partner and representative of Heuk-ing Kühn Lüer Wojtek's Frankfurt office.
