Nata Real Estate sells “Green Valley” residential project development to HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG

A team led by Dr. Frank Baßler, Partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek in Stuttgart, advised Nata Real Estate GmbH on the sale of “Green Valley,” a residential project development in Bad Vilbel, as part of a forward deal to HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG, which acquired it on behaf of open-ended real estate special fund HMG Grundwerte Wohnen PLUS III. 102 high-quality apartments ranging from 40 to 106 square meters in size will be built in the complex comprising some 7,400 square meters of rental space on five floors. 153 underground and outdoor parking spaces, some bike racks, and 23 EV charging stations will also be added. The development is expected to be completed in Q2/2024. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
