A team led by Heuking-partner Dr. Peter Vocke provided legal and tax advice to the family office Wirtgen Invest on the acquisition of the Motel-One hotel development at Schillerstraße 3 in Munich from Concrete Capital.
The mixed-use building, which in addition to 269 hotel rooms, also provides ten staff apartments and has been under construction since this spring and is scheduled to be ready for occupancy by early 2025. On the ground floor, a restaurant unit will be built. Further, an underground car park with 35 parking spaces is also planned. The new seven-storey building is located on a plot of approx. 2,000 sqm in the city-center of Munich. It will offer a total area of approx. 10,000 sqm.
