City of Winsen awards planning and development services for the realization of a natural swimming area southwest of Winsen’s city center in Eckermannpark

The City of Winsen (Luhe), with a population 35,000, is part of the Hamburg metropolitan region. The City is planning to realize a natural swimming area southwest of Winsen’s city center in Eckermannpark to make the city region more attractive and to offer current and future residents of the region additional leisure activities to improve quality of life.

Within the scope of this project, we advised the City on the invitation to bid on the planning and development strips and the drafting of the contract, which, after a negotiated procedure with participation competition, was finally awarded to an economically attractive and renowned bidder in this field.
