affinis AG, advised by Heuking, acquires majority stake in Collogia AG

A team led by Dr. Philipp Jansen, Partner at Heuking, legally advised affinis AG on the acquisition of a majority stake in Collogia AG. Following the closing of the transaction, affinis AG now holds 86.09% of the shares in Collogia AG. The merger serves to reinforce Collogia’s Managed Services business and to enhance its service-oriented business models. The transaction underlines affinis group’s join-and-growth strategy.

Bremen-based affinis AG, founded in 2002, is a consulting and IT company that is strategically advising its customers on SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow, and Adobe business systems and processes. Its more than 300 employees offer cloud solutions and advise on efficient data use to make their customers competitive in the market and to promote their development.

Established in Cologne in 1979, Collogia AG is an IT company specializing in SAP Managed and Enterprise Services. Its wholly owned subsidiary Collogia IT Services GmbH offers its customers individual and consulting services for SAP applications as well as technology consulting on technical services relating to the operation and network of SAP Solution Manager modules.
