Federal and State Government Employees Retirement Fund Karlsruhe (VBL) – Security management

The Federal and State Government Employees Retirement Fund Karlsruhe (VBL) is a statutory institution of public law carried jointly by the Federal and state governments. With about 4 million insured members, it is the largest of 30 available supplementary retirement funds for public service employees.
 
A security management system and a video surveillance system as well as a burglary, fire, gas, and water alarm system are to be installed at VBL's premises in Karlsruhe.
 
We designed the award procedure for VBL as an open procedure for the supply of a security management system and a video surveillance system. We accompanied the project up to the awarding of the contract to the winning bidder and the conclusion of the contract.
 
Total order volume is about EUR 240,000,00 (gross).
