HEUKING advises Summa Equity on the acquisition of Schulz & Berger Luft- und Verfahrenstechnik GmbH
A team from HEUKING, led by Dr Pär Johansson and Tim Remmel, advised Global Circular Solutions, a portfolio company of Summa Equity, on the acquisition of Schulz & Berger Luft- und Verfahrenstechnik GmbH.
Schulz & Berger Luft- und Verfahrenstechnik GmbH is a leading expert for air technology in plant engineering. The company operates in the planning, manufacturing, and installation of waste separation systems (air classifiers), dust extraction systems, activated carbon filters, supply and exhaust air systems, as well as air piping for composting plants. In addition to Schulz & Berger Luft- und Verfahrenstechnik GmbH, the two subsidiaries Schulz & Berger Service GmbH and GSP Lüftungstechnik GmbH were also acquired.
Summa Equity is a private equity fund focusing on the circular economy, energy transition, sustainable food, and technology-enabled resilience.
