WAZ Media Group, advice on call for bids of certain IT services (WAN and data center) for outsourcing

WAZ Media Group intended to combine the different data centers of the individual regional publishing houses and to have them operated by an external service provider. Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised WAZ Media Group on the drafting of the necessary contracts and on the negotiations with the bidders.

Since time was of the essence for the project, the negotiations with several bidders had to be carried out in parallel. Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek assisted in mastering this challenge logistically and to include the notes and demands of the bidders into the draft agreements appropriately and in due time, allowing the client to complete the bidding procedure as scheduled.
