Windpark Porep-Jännersdorf

We acted as legal advisors to WINKRA Energie – a subsidiary of Deutsche Essent GmbH – by the acquisition of a contract for the construction of a wind park of 31 Vestas V90 (62 MW) in Brandenburg scheduled for turnkey hand-over by the end of 2004. During the implementation of this project, WINKRA took over a project company of WKN Windkraft Nord AG. WKN AG will build the wind park acting as general contractor for WINKRA.
