Dispute Resolution in the Wind Industry
Disputes in the wind energy sector are on the rise—as is the need to resolve them promptly.
Following opening remarks by Caroline Falconer (SCC) on wind energy disputes in Sweden, Dr. Elke Umbeck and Dr. Simon Manner will moderate a panel discussion with in-house counsel representing both contractors and project developers. Panelists include:

The discussion will focus on potential conflict scenarios throughout the entire project cycle, issues related to supply chain disruptions and force majeure, as well as strategies for dispute avoidance. The session will conclude with practical tips on how to keep projects on track.
Lunch will be provided. The event is open to everyone interested.
