Karsten Alex specializes in national and cross-border M&A transactions, including joint ventures and management participation. He also advises investors, companies, and entrepreneurs on corporate structuring as well as ongoing corporate law matters (corporate housekeeping). The industry focus of his M&A/corporate advisory work includes IT/software/cybersecurity, fintech, and aviation. Another key area of his practice is advising on real estate transactions – both share deals and asset deals.
