As a certified specialist lawyer in commercial and corporate law, Michael Pauli advises managing directors and shareholders both preventively and with a view to avoiding conflicts – in particular on corporate governance, compliance and corporate housekeeping – as well as in the judicial and extrajudicial enforcement of their claims, notably in cases of directors' and officers' liability (D&O) and shareholder disputes. A further focus of his practice are private M&A transactions as well as advisory work in commercial and distribution law. Michel Pauli also acts as a mediator, particularly in shareholder disputes and conflicts at management level.
