Patrick Narr has nearly 25 years of experience in real estate law and corporate law. His focus is on supporting complex corporate and real estate transactions. In the area of M&A, he advises clients across all sectors and has particular expertise in the acquisition of companies in special situations and in advising entrepreneurial families and company founders. In real estate transactions, Patrick Narr is particularly active in the hotel and logistics asset classes. In the hospitality sector, he advises both national and international investors and hotel operators on acquisitions and sales, operating structures, and long-term partnerships. In addition, he provides comprehensive advice to project developers throughout the entire life cycle of a property – from land acquisition to leasing and development to exit. His advice combines legal precision with a deep understanding of economic and technical conditions. Another focus is on the conception and design of joint venture structures, including governance arrangements, financing structures, and exit scenarios. Finally, Patrick Narr represents clients in shareholder disputes across all legal forms and asserts their interests both in and out of court.
