Sebastian Sievers advises national and international entrepreneurs, companies, and private equity investors on all matters of corporate law and on M&A transactions, both national and cross-border. His practice focuses on structuring and implementing company acquisitions and disposals as well as providing ongoing corporate law advice. In addition, he advises on real estate transactions in the form of asset and share deals and on the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases. His main areas of expertise in corporate law are IT, software, cybersecurity, and fintech. In real estate, he focuses on the hotel and logistics sectors.
