Hesse State Labor Court judgement is legally binding: No employment relationship exists between DFB and referee Dittrich

The Federal Labor Court rejected the appeal for non-admission filed by soccer referee Dr. Malte Dittrich, thus rendering the Hesse State Labor Court judgement won by Dr. Johan-Michel Menke (Litigation) and Dr. Thomas Schulz legally binding. On March 15, 2018, Hesse State Labor Court had ruled that no employment relationship existed between German Football Association Deutscher Fußball-Bund e.V. (DFB) and Dittrich.
