Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek appoints Dr. Helge-Torsten Wöhlert as Equity Partner

Dr. Helge-Torsten Wöhlert, lawyer at the Munich office of commercial law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, has been appointed Equity Partner effective March 1, 2015.

Wöhlert focuses on advising German and foreign clients on cross-border M&A transactions and joint venture projects. He further advises on corporate law, with transnational transformations and the Societas Europaea playing key roles.

The Munich-based partner additionally has a special country focus on France and England and in this context advises clients in outbound and inbound business. Moreover, Wöhlert has extensive experience in the field of corporate litigation.
