With a Frankfurt-based team led by Partner Thomas K. Schrell, business law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised HF Private Debt Fonds II SCSp on funding the further growth of MC24 Pflege group.

MC24 is a leading provider of outpatient care services in Germany. In addition to refinancing existing bank funding, capital was provided for the acquisition of additional care services.
