Woco Group issues promissory note

With a Frankfurt-based team led by Partner Thomas K. Schrell, the business law firm of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised Woco Group on issuing a promissory note. The group was advised both on structuring and on negotiating the promissory note documentation. The financing volume was not disclosed. Proceeds from the promissory note issue will serve general corporate financing purposes.
 
Woco Group is a globally operating developer of functional solutions for the automotive industry for actuator, acoustic, and polymer technologies. Products from Woco’s Automotive unit improve acoustic comfort and contribute to reducing fuel consumption. In the Non-Automotive unit, the company focuses on anti-vibration systems for rail technology and industrial applications as well as on functional solutions for measurement, control, and piping systems. In 2015, the family-owned company, headquartered in Bad Soden-Salmünster, generated revenue of EUR 635 million with 4,650 employees.
