Helmut Schmidt University / University of the Federal Armed Forces Hamburg is a place of science thriving on the idea of education through science. We review the legal framework and draft contracts for the university’s public procurement projects. We establish and design customized procurement procedures that optimally account for the technical and organizational challenges.
