Redesign of vocational school of Pinneberg district

The district of Pinneberg is to get a new vocational school for about EUR 24 million. The order was awarded to Züblin AG, Bremen branch. It promised a firm price and a construction period of only 24 months. The European-wide negotiation procedure with prior participation competition was also completed in record time and without review procedures: hardly 10 months passed from publication to the award.
