Regional Rail Transport Services: Hamburg – Cuxhaven

The States of Lower Saxony and Hamburg contracted out railway transportation services between Hamburg and Cuxhaven for a period of eight years as of December 2007 on a Europe-wide basis.

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised Metronom Eisenbahngesellschaft mbH during the bid phase, examined the bidding documentation and asked questions about the procedure and the content of the bidding documentation together with the client. To the extent necessary, we also suggested and drafted necessary reprimands.
