Patent Litigation
Our experienced attorneys conduct patent infringement proceedings and validity proceedings before the European Patent Office, the Unified Patent Court (UPC), and national courts, including the Federal Patent Court and the Federal Court of Justice. We support you worldwide in similar proceedings.

We work interdisciplinary
A patent infringement can have criminal consequences, lead to exclusion from tendering procedures, and result in warranty claims under sales law in the supply chain under commercial law. We can also advise and represent you in such cases.
The Unitary Patent
Since June 1, 2023, patent infringement and nullity actions in Europe are also possible before the newly created Unified Patent Court (UPC). This means serious changes for the patent system in Europe, including new opportunities and risks. As professional representatives, we will be pleased to assist you in enforcing your patent rights before the UPC or to defend you against allegations of infringement.
