C.H.BECK published the 8th edition of the handbook and form book “Handelsregisteranmeldungen – mit Kostenberechnungen” [Commercial Register Applications – with Calculations of Costs]. The volume, edited by lawyer and notary Christoph Wagner, Heuking Partner at the firm’s Berlin office, and notaries Dr. Sebastian Berkefeld and Dr. Markus Sikora, offers up-to-date expertise as well as tried and tested forms for use in practice.
The book contains a collection of registration templates ranging from sole traders to stock corporations, specific instructions including details of the signatories required for registrations and the documents to be enclosed, as well as calculations of notary and court costs.
The redrafted 8th edition takes into account amended fees, the new online incorporation option, and the German Partnership Law Modernization Act, which will enter into force in 2024.
