Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises Capcellence on sale of QUNDIS

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised private equity investor Capcellence Mittelstandspartner GmbH and the other shareholders of QUNDIS Management GmbH, headquartered at Mühlhausen (Thuringia), on the sale of QUNDIS Group to HgCapital. The Federal Cartel Office has already approved the transaction. The acquisition price was not disclosed.
 
QUNDIS, formed through the merger of QVEDIS (Mühlhausen) and KUNDO
SystemTechnik (St. Georgen), two companies with rich traditions, has been providing measuring devices and systems for the recording of water and heat consumption data since January 2009. The company employs a staff of more than 220.
 
As independent investor, Capcellence invests on the basis of a long-term evergreen structure in established, mid-sized companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Dr. Peter Christian Schmidt has advised Capcellence for many years, starting with the acquisition of KUNDO SystemTechnik.
