Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek Provides Counsel to Düsseldorf-Based SYSTAIC AG On Issuing A Convertible Bond

Today, on Monday 24, 2009, Düsseldorf-based solar corporation systaic AG published a rights offer for the issuing of a convertible bond in order to finance the continued growth of its business. Total bond volume is about EUR 20 million.

As one of the first Prime Standard corporations in 2009, systaic AG already carried out a capital increase with subscription rights for its shareholders in June.

Legal advice to the Düsseldorf-based solar company was provided by a team led by Dr. Mirko Sickinger and Dr. Thorsten Kuthe, both partners at the Cologne office of German law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek.
