Who's Who Legal 2016: Ute Jasper and Martin Schellenberg ranked among the nine best lawyers in Europe for government contracts

Who’s Who Legal 2016 recognized two of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek's lawyers as being among the top 9 in Europe. Dr. Ute Jasper and Dr. Martin Schellenberg, Partners at the Düsseldorf and Hamburg offices, are part of the top group of European lawyers in public sector law.
 
According to research by Who's Who Legal 2016, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek has the most prominent procurement practice in Germany. Dr. Ute Jasper is cited as "the best lawyer for complex public transportation projects," "always being able to think out of the box and to contribute crucial ideas." Respondents referred to Dr. Martin Schellenberg as "a very calm and knowledgeable expert," who employs both "a very practical" and "creative approach."
 
"Who's Who Legal" is published by London-based Law Business Research Ltd. The publishing house nominates lawyers on the basis of independent peer-review surveys in the market.
 
The Public Sector & Public Procurement Practice Group has been among the most renowned in Germany for years. Other industry services regularly recognize the practice.
