ASEAG Subcontractor TVgG NRW

We provided advice to ASEAG Aachener Straßenbahn und Energieversorgungs-AG on changes to the law in connection with the awarding of public contracts after the introduction of the Collective Agreements and Public Procurement Law of North Rhine-Westphalia (TVgG NRW). In particular, the core of the advice referred to provisions of the TVgGNRW on collective agreements or minimum wages.
