Building and Infrastructure Service North Rhine-Westphalia (BLB NRW) owns several prime plots in the heart of Düsseldorf on the site of the former correctional facility in Düsseldorf-Derendorf (Ulmer Höh).

The entire property is to be developed with a predominantly residential character. The plans of BLB NRW include the implementation of measures for subsidized housing.

We are advising BLB NRW in preparation of the development of the properties and on the sales process.
