Mittelrheinbahn Transportation Contract

Together with the special-purpose associations for regional rail transportation Rhineland-Palatinate north and south, as well as the transport authority special-purpose association, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek designed the procedure for the awarding of the contract for regional rail transportation services to Mittelrheinbahn.

We supported the client in the creation of the contract award documents and the transportation contract. We have successfully represented clients both in the review process on the awarding of the contract and in the complaints process.
