Verband Region Stuttgart - Bidding for Regional Rail Transoport Services

Verband Region Stuttgart is tendering out regional rail transport services for its regional train network on a Europe-wide basis within the major project "Stuttgart 21". This is the largest ever regional rail transport contract award on the basis of a competition in Germany.

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek is supporting Verband Region Stuttgart in the preparation of the contract award documentation, in responding to reprimands and queries and in negotiations with the bidders.
